Final Third's Dodgeball League is up and running with seven teams taking up the challenge and joining the competition at Bishop Grosseteste College, Lincoln. The league had created something of a media storm prior to launch with Final Third and Glen Wilson appearing in the local and student press and on BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

The launch of Final Third's inaugural Dodgeball League has not only expanded our sporting provision into a new sport and the wider community, but it has also helped to increase our participation levels. The main aim of Final Third is to get people playing and enjoying sport and the more leagues we add the more we acheive this aim. The addition of Lincoln's first Dodgeball league has taken the number of people now taking part in Final Third's leagues over the 370 mark
And its not just the leagues themselves which are seeing an increase in numbers. Final Third's website, designed by the Leicester based SoarMedia, recently recieved its 10,000th hit. All of this is of course positive news for a company which was only launched six moths ago. The aim now is to double both of these figures in Final Third's second six months of existence.
